GBDirty and used masks I ordered KN95s and N95s for my use as a medical professional in March 2022. The masks arrived open and dirty, and with expiration dates in May 2022. Masks were wrapped in kitchen cellophane wrap with soiled ear loops and none were individually sealed. I am in dispute with the company, and they have yet to respond. There are many opportunities to obtain high quality masks from legitimate sources nowadays… but options were more scarce then. I was scammed!!!!

GBThe company says their products are… The company says their products are made in the US..Not so!!! The NK95 masks I ordered were made in China, and in the package it has the manufacturing info paper from China. This company is scamming people! I contacted them to request info to return them for a refund, since they were sold with false information. They refused any type of return/refund. This company needs to be shut down. Taking advantage of people during a pandemic is disgusting.

GBOur company ordered 5,000 masks from… Our company ordered 5,000 masks from CovCare. Ashish, our representative, was very helpful with providing quotes and the ordering process. If I had any questions, he would respond to emails or voicemails within 30 minutes if he was not available when I called. I just ordered some face shields and feel confident that I will receive the same outstanding treatment again from Ashish.

GBFalse advertising of certified KN95 masks Also ordered KN95 masks advertised as CE certified, that were clearly fake, as they had gaps around the face. When they arrived there was NO barcode, either on the box, or the mask. The company requested photos of masks and boxes, then responded they were correct and as ordered. I replied that CE certification requires track and trace ability, which requires bar codes, lot numbers, or the like. Never heard back.

Karen, W., a Supervisor for Covcare, saved the day with her excellent , professional, and efficient customer service after my very poor experience with a customer "service?" rep whose name I won't mention. Supervisor Karen listened to my concern, told me she would discuss the issue with her team, and call me within 24 hours to report the outcome. And that's EXACTLY what she did!
