The company says their products are… The company says their products are made in the US..Not so!!! The NK95 masks I ordered were made in China, and in the package it has the manufacturing info paper from China. This company is scamming people! I contacted them to request info to return them for a refund, since they were sold with false information. They refused any type of return/refund. This company needs to be shut down. Taking advantage of people during a pandemic is disgusting.

This company is a scam This company is a scam. I ordered my masks exactly 3 weeks ago. They charged my credit card immediately. I never received updates or accurate information regarding when my order would ship. Every time I called they told me something different...it would be shipped in a week, then 2 days, then a day. The last time I called they said they are back logged & it would be another week. Don’t trust this company!

Keep a detailed record of any and all correspondence with customer service and management at the company. That’s what I’m doing. If this company is knowingly trafficking counterfeit masks that put public health at risk it can be held accountable. This is unconscionable. Good luck and stay safe.

NEVER BUY HERE NEVER BUY HERE. 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE Paid for items since the 8th of August 2023; order listed as still pending. No response on their virtual chat, nor to my emails. Their listed lines are down and it is impossible to contact them but they debited the amount from my account. This now causes me unnecessary legal filings thru my bank to recover my money. Disgraceful. This company is a ripoff.

KN95 masks Order #15494 I received my KN95 masks yesterday. They were delivered in less than two weeks which was as promised. I put them through the three tests recommended by the CDC to make sure they’re authentic. They passed with flying colors. Finally an honest company. An outstanding company to deal with.
