NZBe wary of their billing practices I knowingly paid to get a document translated but was unaware that I would then be charged an ongoing monthly storage fee. It may have been stated somewhere but wasn't obvious. Given their emails were going to an account I don't check often, and that they use a billing service called Paddle.net, it took me a few months to realize what was happening. I cancelled the service but they still charged me for the next two months. With the help of Paddle they have reimbursed one month but are refusing to reimburse the 2nd month. I like to give startup companies a chance, and the quality of the translation was okay, but can't recommend DocTranslator given their billing practices.

GBHighly recommended I have only been working with this agency for a few months but I would recommend them without hesitation. Their client support has been outstanding and they have exceeded all of my expectations. I have worked with many translation companies but none of them can compare to theirs.

DKThe service pretends to translate PDF… The service pretends to translate PDF files for free, then after obtaining your data, it reveals the cost for the translation. If I had seen the price of $123 for 46 pages of translation upfront, I would not have provided them with my personal information. To me, this is a minor trickery, dishonesty.

DEService could be better. More information on website would be good After a little discussion I'm giving them now 3 stars instead of just 1 star. There have been misunderstandings on both sites. At least they refund the money to me. But the way they respond to negative reviews can be improved. I believe there is some potential left on the table.
