Their translator is really easy to use and also not taking much time in loading. I can recommend it to every student like me.

Anyway, for my purposes, translation a printed letter from german into English, the software did an excellent job -- even kept the photo of the author and logo intact, with the credits and words translated in the same font and position as they were in the original. Weirdly incredible really.

Broken machine translation and machine support I had a negative experience with their machine-generated PDF translation service; the output was filled with lines instead of legible text. Attempting to resolve this issue through their support was unhelpful, as I only received machine-generated responses that did not address my specific problem. In comparison, using free online tools such as Google Translate yielded superior results.

Highly recommended I have only been working with this agency for a few months but I would recommend them without hesitation. Their client support has been outstanding and they have exceeded all of my expectations. I have worked with many translation companies but none of them can compare to theirs.

Total scam - beware of "Monthly Storage" Total scam! You try it for document translation, you stop using it but they continue to charge you monthly via Paddle.net for "Monthly Storage" ... without any notification!!! Have your bank block the Paddle.net charges!
