I was particularly impressed with the speed at which they were able to translate my scanned PDF files. Moreover, the customer service was very quick and solved all my problems efficiently. I will definitely be using Doctranslator again in the future.

Be wary of their billing practices I knowingly paid to get a document translated but was unaware that I would then be charged an ongoing monthly storage fee. It may have been stated somewhere but wasn't obvious. Given their emails were going to an account I don't check often, and that they use a billing service called Paddle.net, it took me a few months to realize what was happening. I cancelled the service but they still charged me for the next two months. With the help of Paddle they have reimbursed one month but are refusing to reimburse the 2nd month. I like to give startup companies a chance, and the quality of the translation was okay, but can't recommend DocTranslator given their billing practices.

Worked amazingly well for me Worked amazingly well for me, I don't see what the complaints are all about. Unless someone doesn't like AI doing a (possibly) better job than a human (?) I don't know... Anyway, for my purposes, translation a printed letter from german into English, the software did an excellent job -- even kept the photo of the author and logo intact, with the credits and words translated in the same font and position as they were in the original. Weirdly incredible really.

DocTranslator has been really helpful… DocTranslator has been really helpful for us in translating from many languages. I always easily translate my PDF and other documents. Their translator is really easy to use and also not taking much time in loading. I can recommend it to every student like me.
