GBCommunication is Key Having a company that can provide interpreters for our patients when we need them is important. Most languages are covered and available. The lack of a 5-star rating deals with administrative-paper processes: not getting a signed copy of the encounter form for patient chart & accounting (recommend a NCR form), not having encounter forms for all line items billed (on monthly invoice) and not being billed for all encounters in a timely manner (some come through 2-3 months later).

GBOverall very satisfied Very satisfied but i didnt like the payment method. Sending your credit card info in an envelope through conventional mail seemed risky and totally unsecured. Other than that everything was done as agreed.
