Communication is Key Having a company that can provide interpreters for our patients when we need them is important. Most languages are covered and available. The lack of a 5-star rating deals with administrative-paper processes: not getting a signed copy of the encounter form for patient chart & accounting (recommend a NCR form), not having encounter forms for all line items billed (on monthly invoice) and not being billed for all encounters in a timely manner (some come through 2-3 months later).

They don't pay the interpreters! I'm an experienced certified interpreter. I did a job for this company at a government agency 4 month ago. I provided accurate interpretation and I was professional with my work. I still have not get paid by Gateway Languages and the only way to contact their Accounting Department / Owner is through Email. Their PM hung up on me on the phone when I asked for my payment. I'm a very reasonable person. I'm so mad with this company and I'm about to pursue for legal action against this company. This company has no business ethics at all. Don't work for this company, you will not get paid for the good job you have done!

Great, fast, high quality service! I had an old important document that needed to be translated by an "official" translator. The guys did an excellent job for a fair price and in a very short time!

Like Victoria Wang who posted about… Like Victoria Wang who posted about Gateway not paying interpreters, my colleague and I have had the same experience. Not only do they not pay us, they do not answer any kind of messages. The one time we got through to someone they promised payment in one month, that date came and went and now we cannot get through to them. At the company number, no answer to voicemail and at the accounting number, message says "Do not leave a message".......No response to emails either.
