Impecable Service! Ethan and crew are always super quick and accomodating in finding our facility an interpreter when needed. Kathleen and Melanie are both amazingly kind American Sign Language interpreters, to not only our mutual patient but to our employees too. Like Victoria Wang who posted about… Like Victoria Wang who posted about Gateway not paying interpreters, my colleague and I have had the same experience. Not only do they not pay us, they do not answer any kind of messages. The one time we got through to someone they promised payment in one month, that date came and went and now we cannot get through to them. At the company number, no answer to voicemail and at the accounting number, message says "Do not leave a message".......No response to emails either.
