Can't change variant images - Not Happy... I'm using this service joint with a wholesaler JM. One fundamental issue with this system is that they do not allow you to edit a product variant image! It's such a basic bit of functionality we need, yet not possible.

I can't put into words how frustrating… I can't put into words how frustrating working with Inventory Source has been. The current ongoing situation is costing us thousands of dollars and untold reputational damage, do Inventory Source care enough to fix the situation? Not as far as I can tell. Consistently told a fix is coming, but it's been weeks now. If my business was hobbling somebody else's, I would be doing everything in my power to fix that issue ASAP.

Wasting of time and money Wasting of time and money. The concept may sound good but the execution is terrible. They promise automatization but they can not offer it. There is no way someone can actually bulk import listings in a marketplace no matter which supplier you choose. Specifically i have tried with ebay and my review is based on this. Their systems not working as advertised. Pay an overpriced fee and end up edit categories and title manually for each listing. Stay away

A+++ A+++ It took some effort to get my website integrated with my supplier warehouse. Especially, since I had no clue what I was doing. The people over at Inventory Souce did a great job getting me connected properly. I had sent back and forth many many many emails, and I received a reply quickly and consistently. No matter how dumb my questions were, the responses were professional and detailed. My site is up and running perfectly. A+++

Ive had pretty good luck with them Ive had pretty good luck with them, Cust service has always helped me...My only issue is duplicate listings and items going in wrong categories when uploaded...This isn't inventory sources doing...the suppliers don't have the same categories as the platform I'm selling on so it can be a pain sometimes
