GBI would highly recommend Inventory Source! Inventory Source is a local company here in the area to us (Jacksonville).. They have been very helpful! Emails are swiftly replied back to, & the service is unlike any other I have seen for the cost. Our company is about to pay a $1,200 integration fee, we are excited that Inventory Source has this capability in the first place. Any negative reviews on them must be in regards to petty issues or flukes.... I would highly recommend Inventory Source! Only The Best, Justin Stevens

GBInventory Source was exactly the type… Inventory Source was exactly the type of service and product I was looking for to help manage my e-commerce business. They also already integrated with the major suppliers and channels I was using. There have been times when I had to contact support because of issues with the syncing, and they have responded quickly and were helpful and able to help resolve the issues. Thanks Inventory Source!

GBI've found everyone at inventory source… I've found everyone at inventory source to be very diligent. Email response is not instantaneous but it has been sufficient and they have shown themselves to genuinely care about getting it right. They've tackled some pretty daunting tasks for us over the years, and have delivered more than was promised. Now, if only Amazon and Facebook were so easy to work with. Fat chance.

GBIdea may sound good but it doesn't… Idea may sound good but it doesn't actually work and I keep on having different issues every few weeks that disrupts our business and causes us huge financial losses. They wouldn't notify you about known issues or that they need some information from you due to integration changes. You would see sudden stops of uploading tracking, stops of accurate inventory counts etc. We have had a huge net loss by using them and they have harmed our marketplace accounts and we haven't had any unique issues that would only affect us... seems like this would happen to anyone

GBI can't put into words how frustrating… I can't put into words how frustrating working with Inventory Source has been. The current ongoing situation is costing us thousands of dollars and untold reputational damage, do Inventory Source care enough to fix the situation? Not as far as I can tell. Consistently told a fix is coming, but it's been weeks now. If my business was hobbling somebody else's, I would be doing everything in my power to fix that issue ASAP.
