GBIdea may sound good but it doesn't… Idea may sound good but it doesn't actually work and I keep on having different issues every few weeks that disrupts our business and causes us huge financial losses. They wouldn't notify you about known issues or that they need some information from you due to integration changes. You would see sudden stops of uploading tracking, stops of accurate inventory counts etc. We have had a huge net loss by using them and they have harmed our marketplace accounts and we haven't had any unique issues that would only affect us... seems like this would happen to anyone

GBInventory Source is a Star!! We have been using Inventory Source for over 2 years now. We carry over 40,000 products and they adeptly manage most of those through 2 different supplier feeds. We have never had a problem that their support team did not address within a couple of hours. They listen to their customers and are constantly updating their platform with useful features. And updating new suppliers. I would highly recommend Inventory Source to anybody either starting or already running an e-commerce site with external suppliers. And their pricing is very good also.

GBI use this service and so far very… I use this service and so far very happy with it but there is one floor that is very frustrating, you can't run a price, quantity and description update without a full resync . This would be amazing if you could update just the description rather than having to run a Full sync which deletes all your tags and you have to start again

GBHello, Hello, we are have issues with tech support, they are messing up the feed and not supply us with the correct feed after 30 emails going back and forth with them, never been helped, they will respond with a generic answers, there is no way you can get in touch with them, they are ghost company, no address, no accountability what so ever. that last thing i got close to is schedule a tel call for 1 week ahead and when the time came, they never answer the call. this is some serious issues here, i never saw any article about the company as far as who is the CEO, management,

GBPathetic Customer Service. High Prices. NO Solutions! Sync does not work as intended. Your customer's orders will go through and then you will learn that your supplier is out of stock on ordered products because Inventory Source did not sync your stock levels correctly with your supplier. What's the point in paying them every month? Support will just keep saying they are looking into it but they actually won't do anything about it. It has been 2 weeks since I filed a complaint with support and still no resolution.
