I recently interactd with… I recently interactd with aromaretail.com and found their services to be mediocer. They have an acceptable selection of products but nothing out of the ordinarry. Their customer support is averagge and their responsivness is moderate. Payment procedurse are ok but processsing time could be improved. All in all, they have an anodine online presence which is good enough but won't blow you away which is a bit of a downer. No major complaints but certainy nothing extraordinary.

Scent only up close I’m not sure if I just got a faulty unit, I only smell the scent when I’m right in front of it, I come from outside and don’t smell it. I had it running at 70% already and the noise is another that I have yet to get used to, I can only imagine my guest wondering what that hissing sound is.

great custome service I have my professional machine for almost 3 years. I have called customer service a number of time to ask questions when something went wrong. Working with customer service was great. They were very helpful, at some point they did not know what was wrong. They replaced my unit within a week. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to scent their home.

Professional with Fragrance Oil - Scent Machine I ordered the professional today after speaking with the most intelligent, articulate ladies about the professional. Brittany and Marie were just amazing to work with. I'm told after ordering today, Wednesday, I received confirmation the unit will be here in two days. I'm going to connect the unit to my hvac, per the video, and will post an update after running it through it's paces. TY for all your support and patience.

I recently orederd from aromaretail.com… I recently orederd from aromaretail.com and it was almsot a good experince. The process of ordering was intuituve and prmoopt. The infromarmtion regarding payment was clera and easy to aminster. The navigation on the site was smooth and efficent. My items arrvied quickly and in good condition. A small detail I was disapopinted with was that the item lacked some documentation that was in the description. I would say it was an oridnary experience all togther.
