This was one of the best experiences… This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had. Even though I did not keep the mattress the service and the whole process was incredible. False Promises Re: Re: Big rewards from Puffy ✨ I still have not received the code for the free pillow this will be the second time this has happened. I did what I was supposed to do review the product, send a screenshot of the review, now I'm waiting for a unique code that I have never received is this how your company do business? Again as I said this is the second time but I will make the Post online with Google trustpilot and others so that people will know not to do the review for a free pillow. Apparently the practice is to get the reviews but not send the product. How very very sad.

First class all the way around! Puffy products and their customer service are 2nd to none! We have their mattresses, pillows, blankets, rugs, and mattress protectors...All top quality and phenomenal products. Super comfortable, great night of sleep, and top quality. Beyond that, I have never experienced a customer service team remotely close to Puffy's. Super friendly, helpful, and crazy efficient. I got help on a Sunday, New Years Day...A holiday!!! Within 5 minutes of sending an email to them my issue was resolved! 5 minutes on a holiday! Incredible!!! Thanks for everything!

Puffy mattresses aren't built to last After sleeping on it for nearly 3 years and spending nearly $2k, my mattress has completely broken down. Puffy refuses to honor their Lifetime Warranty, because I'm unable to provide photos of an indentation measuring more than 1 1/2 inches. Puffy is clearly outsourcing production and using subpar materials, & if you dig deep, their headquarters are located in the middle east! This company is a scam.

The 4-month trial is legit! The 4-month trial is legit! The first mattress we selected was disappointing after a month or so, and Puffy mattress customer service helped us swap it out for our 'also ran' with excellent service and special accommodation. They actually cared about my buying experience and treated me like a very valued customer instead of a sale - a rarity I would imagine, especially in this business. Great value at the end of the day and I'm very satisfied with the experience.
