NLPuffy mattresses aren't built to last After sleeping on it for nearly 3 years and spending nearly $2k, my mattress has completely broken down. Puffy refuses to honor their Lifetime Warranty, because I'm unable to provide photos of an indentation measuring more than 1 1/2 inches. Puffy is clearly outsourcing production and using subpar materials, & if you dig deep, their headquarters are located in the middle east! This company is a scam.

GBPuffy has an amazing guarantee and return policy Puffy has an amazing guarantee and return policy. The product seemed really good, however, we had hoped that the mattress and adjustable base would address certain sleep issues. Unfortunately our particular issues did not improve, but this is not due to Puffy. Nonetheless, they quickly arranged a pick up to take the mattress and adjustable base away for donation. It was truly white glove service. Puffy has been exceptional throughout the whole process.

GBA Happy Sleeper I did a LOT of research on beds before choosing Puffy. I studied ratings and comments across many sites, and Puffy was rated one of the top mattresses. I also weeded out foreign made mattresses as I wanted one made in USA. The Puffy Lux Hybrid Mattress itself was rated Medium/Firm, which is accurate. Needing a bit softer feel for myself I added a soft Puffy Mattress topper and now it is perfect! Oh - and their customer service is very responsive!

GBHappy to do business with Puffy! We are first time box mattress buyers. This was a great experience! The Puffy Lux Hybrid is amazingly comfortable. Every person I spoke to was excellent. I misunderstood part of my order and the rep who helped was very professional, yet friendly too. Great product, excellent service. Made and supported in the US.

GBBig Fraud company Purchased Puffy Lux King Size Mattress and after 3 months of use, the mattress becomes so soft and doesn't give any support to lower back. I started having severe back issues because of this mattress. Moreover this company is a fraud one, they don't post any negative reviews on their website. People like me get fooled by looking at all 5 star ratings. Never ever purchase mattress from puffy.
