GBWill my mattress ever be delivered? Ordered a mattress on the 11th of March and it is now the 26th of March and the mattress has still not arrived. Numerous calls and emails and still no mattress!

GBMy puffy mattress came super quickly My puffy mattress came super quickly, I got an awesome deal on it, and it is SO comfortable. I stay cool at night, relax almost instantly when I lay down on it at the end of a long day, and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The puffy pillows and are also amazing. Super soft and supportive. The mattress is also surprisingly lightweight, which will be awesome when we need to move it. My old mattress was super heavy and unwieldy.

GBPuffy....the Whole package!!! Undecided ...but customer service very helpful! Contacted them twice, very prompt in reply and resolution! So far very pleased with company and my Puffy! Thought I loved the mattress THEN the pillows and sheets arrived!!! Why did I wait so long to purchase?!?!?!

GBPuffy has an amazing guarantee and return policy Puffy has an amazing guarantee and return policy. The product seemed really good, however, we had hoped that the mattress and adjustable base would address certain sleep issues. Unfortunately our particular issues did not improve, but this is not due to Puffy. Nonetheless, they quickly arranged a pick up to take the mattress and adjustable base away for donation. It was truly white glove service. Puffy has been exceptional throughout the whole process.
