GBFalse advertisement for refund after … False advertisement for refund after 101 day trial for pillows. In order to obtain your refund, they do not tell you that you have to show proof that you took it to a donation center with a photo copy of a receipt and send them a copy before you are reimbursed. So you do not return it to Puffy ,or a store that sells the product to be recycled. They make you go through the trouble to go to a donation center to deter you from attempting to get your refund. They should mention that in bold print after they advertise the 101 day risk free trial period .What a scam. I would hate to know what happens if your not satisfied with a mattress?

GBPuffy....the Whole package!!! Undecided ...but customer service very helpful! Contacted them twice, very prompt in reply and resolution! So far very pleased with company and my Puffy! Thought I loved the mattress THEN the pillows and sheets arrived!!! Why did I wait so long to purchase?!?!?!

He asked us for our budget and within 5 mins, He has us try mattresses that fit our specifications and price range. After trying a few mattress stores to no avail, we were feeling a tad dejected, but Rushen helped us find our perfect mattresses with utmost efficiency and enthusiasm. To say that I am pleased is an understatement. Rushen is a fairy gentleman and this is the best shopping experience I have had in ages. 5 stars!

GBWill my mattress ever be delivered? Ordered a mattress on the 11th of March and it is now the 26th of March and the mattress has still not arrived. Numerous calls and emails and still no mattress!

GBPuffy does not honor Warranty! Our king mattress is giving up in the middle area (the foam is getting weaker every day) and myself and my wife are having back pain. We are not even overweight, and the mattress did not last long. When we contacted their warranty service through the email support at puffy.com, we sent out all the evidence showing the mattress has over 1.5 inches gap and they don't want to honor their lifetime warranty. I was about to buy a new mattress for the guest bedroom, but customer service made me rethink. They will be losing a client for not honoring their warranty. I hope if YOU are considering to buy a mattress from them, please take my review into consideration and think twice.
