No words inside the box I love the necklace. Very beautiful however my husband sent me a necklace that was supposed to have beautiful words written in the inside of the box. I received a blank black background. Absolutely no words. You should make sure to advertise if words are not included.

After waiting more than a week without any shipping confirmation or updates I called. They have not even shipped my order or processed it and tell me I would have my product 5 days after my daughter's birthday. Their main company is not even listed under trustpilot.
