They sell cheap junk They sell cheap junk. The quality is so bad their items are not allowed to be sold on Etsy. What they do to circumvent this block is have a 3rd party like AnywherePOD integrate with Etsy for them. Don't fall for this trick. Do not bother selling any of this company's items. Your customers will just be angry with you.

Their products are beautiful and they have added so many new categories and types of products lately it is amazing. Their customer service and support is the best I have seen. They go the distance to educate their Sellers and help them to be successful. It is a great team of people both sellers and the company that support each other. Someone mentioned about Etsy and there are still a lot of people selling on etsy. The only thing that Etsy doesn't allow is the jewelry because they don't feel the message cards that accompany the jewelry constitute a handmade product, but the other products can be sold there.

Poor customer service I ordered item May of 2020 and have yet to receive confirmation of order. In addition I had ordered previous items and requested 2 be exchanged for same necklace different design and did not receive exchange or response. Beware they will not exchange or take returns. Jewelry itself was okay not as good as I expected.
