GBI am a seller with Shine On and I… I am a seller with Shine On and I disagree with the reviews below. Their products are beautiful and they have added so many new categories and types of products lately it is amazing. Their customer service and support is the best I have seen. They go the distance to educate their Sellers and help them to be successful. It is a great team of people both sellers and the company that support each other. Someone mentioned about Etsy and there are still a lot of people selling on etsy. The only thing that Etsy doesn't allow is the jewelry because they don't feel the message cards that accompany the jewelry constitute a handmade product, but the other products can be sold there.

GBI ordered my Daughter in law a necklace… I ordered my Daughter in law a necklace with the baby's picture in it and they said it would be here in time for christmas and it's not gave me a tracking number or nothing or they won't answer me back!! I am very disappointed and thank god I went through paypal cause I will be asking for a refund!! You don't tell people it will arrive for christmas then it don't !!

GBI bought the daughter necklace for my… I bought the daughter necklace for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. It happened to arrive while I was talking to her on the phone and she just kept saying she loved it and it was beautiful and than I you about 5 times in a minute. My child shows very little emotion so this ment a lot to me.

GBAn order which had to be returned I ordered the special watches and the order process was great and fast. The watches came in a timely manner. The watches were not exactly what I wanted so I contacted ShineOn and received a courteous e-mail for the return. I would rate the company as a reliable and friendly company and would definitely do business with them again.

GBFantastic customer service! I recently had an order which didn't go quite as I expected. When I finally spoke to someone (via email) at the company, they bent over backwards to more than correct the issue and ensure that I finished the transaction as a happy customer. Thank you Max!
