PayPal and credit card I used .. Had a night mere after installing ...my instincts was telling me no don't buy I should have trusted them ... Huge nightmare

Scammers I bought a service for my phone. But their application did not work. I asked refund but what I wrote or asked they offered me use the alternative way. I thought that they were scammers because their response time is like 24 hours. It means if you try something and send an email them, you will get the next response 24 hours later. Hopefully it worked after many reset and try.

They were very quick connecting with… They were very quick connecting with me. They tried several different ways to help me. In the end I found a work around that worked. The option to burn to cd/DVD didn't work for me on my windows 10 pc but it did work on a virtual windows xp machine even though it said the burn was a fail. I tested it and it was working fine.

I bought the software in an attempt to… I bought the software in an attempt to recover a Samsung phone that I did not have the Google account for. Initially the software failed but once I involved the support team then I received regular updates and attempted solutions . Sometimes I think the English might have caused a problem with some of the support team but mostly it was ok , after 6 weeks or more of emails back and forth they finally provided a solution that worked . Although this is a long time frame to resolution they did persevere and eventually resolve my issue

COMPLETELY USELESS! I would like to give them negative or zero stars, but due to having to put some star in, we are going with 1. I go the software to unlock my stepmothers phone after she passed away. I have contacted the sales and support team seeking help or a refund for over a week as the software just does not FRP unlock the device. The keep playing the delay tactics game and asking for images, so I send images. They are asking for more. I mean what else can I send? The device just does not unlock. The sales team DOES NOT RESPOND and the support team is USELESS. I am just going to contact my credit card company and get them involved as this company is nothing more than a BIG SCAM! They need to be shutdown.
