Scammers I bought a service for my phone. But their application did not work. I asked refund but what I wrote or asked they offered me use the alternative way. I thought that they were scammers because their response time is like 24 hours. It means if you try something and send an email them, you will get the next response 24 hours later. They were very quick connecting with… They were very quick connecting with me. They tried several different ways to help me. In the end I found a work around that worked. The option to burn to cd/DVD didn't work for me on my windows 10 pc but it did work on a virtual windows xp machine even though it said the burn was a fail. I tested it and it was working fine.
