I understands things happen but there was no communication and I had to "figure it out". I also understand how a business runs and nothing is free, but some of the shipping back would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly, when I spoke to the guy on Monday he made me feel nothing could be done and didn't call back with a explanation or anything I was just frustrated with the whole transaction at that point.
