GBI ordered an Inverter MagnShine for my… I ordered an Inverter MagnShine for my RV, the first of January as with everything this year, it was a waiting game. 4 months later, I had the inverter with the profession help and service I was given by Inverter Supply. The Inverter came the shipping box from the factory was perfect, no signs of any damage. My RV repairman open the box and the Inverter had been damaged at the factory and packaged and shipped damaged. I contacted Inverter Supply in a few days I had a return label and contact person. After they received the Inverter last week, I was notified my charge card was being credited the amount. This company "Inverter Supply" goes above and beyond to help people. I obtained another Inverter for my RV. I highly recommend Inverter Supply! They are Honest, Helpful and Profession People. In no way was my problem because of the people at Inverter Supply, but the factory, but these people made it right. Great Job! I will use then again.

GBDon't trust "In Stock" means in stock I ordered an inverter that showed "in stock" in the on line store. The order was acknowledged but the next day I got an email that the inverter was actually not in stock and it would be 4 weeks before you would beable to ship it. That forced me to cancel it from the order and buy from Amazon who had the inverter in stock. The other items on my order with Inverter Supply were delivered in good shape in a timely fashion. I would buy from them again.

GBProduct poorly packed Purchased a new 10kva inverter from Inverter Supply. Surprised it shipped in only in a cardboard box. We have purchased inverters from them before and always shipped in crates. When opened, the ears were damaged. This is 108 lbs. There is no way a cardboard box will protect it. To top it off, it was missing the mounting brackets. Calling customer service gave me excuses. First, she said it was shipped directly from Victron and was not their responsibility. Then, she finally admitted that the shipment originated from their warehouse since I had the shipper and tracking #. Inverter Supply's technical support is great, but the shipping department is poor. It looks like they took a returned unit and reshipped it without packaging. The root cause is that the product was not shipped in its original packaging and looks like a return.
