GBGreat Whitening Products Great Products. I really like the Nano-Hydroxyapatite Whitening toothpaste, it keeps my teeth white and tastes great too. I also got the Instant Teeth Brightening Purple Serum, it’s so weird but so amazing. I bought it for my husband to attend an event and it instantly gave his teeth the appearance of whiteness. I’m glad I found these amazing products; I love the toothbrush and The Snow Wireless Teeth Whitening Kit exceeded my expectations. All I do now is get a new wand every three months, do a treatment for 10 days while texting on my phone, working on my laptop or watching tv or and my teeth are professionally white. BTW, customer service is great, they answer questions immediately. The shipping was totally unbelievable. I recommend this to anybody who is trying to whiten their teeth. You’ll feel so special after the first use.

GBCustomer Service Horrible I bought an Advanced Wireless Teeth Whitening Kit - Sapphire Blue in December 2023. It was very very touchy and would go into the next mode when I didn't even touch the button. I sent MULTIPLE emails to the customer service asking if this is how it is. They replied to say they would send a replacement, I didn't ask for it. This whole communication took over a month, when the did send a replacement it wasn't in any packaging. Just like they grabbed one that was sent back and threw it in the shipping box. It wasn't even wrapped up, nothing. SO, I emailed and asked them if this is how they did the replacements with no package or wrap whatsoever. The same guy that I have been talking to emailed me and said he was sorry and would send another. I thanked him and a few days later he contacted me to ask if I would send the old one that wasn't packaged back. I had no problem doing that because I felt it was used and there was no way I was going to use it. So, I sent it back that day and let him know. and now it's been over another month and a half and have not heard anything. So, believe it when you read these reviews about the customer service been horrible. They only tell you what you want to hear and hope you forget about the conversation. Try HISMILE!!! Forget snow teeth whitening.

GBHorrible customer service Wonderful products that really do work, but customer service (if you can call it that) is horrible. I’ve received unsealed mouthwash that soaked the boxes & my mail. I’ve received partial orders but charged for the full order 3 times. I’ve received the wrong products & was charged for them. After 4 months, I finally received a response from “customer service” that the 2 items they were complimentary & I wasn’t charged for them (I most definitely was), & that they were closing the ticket. The list goes on and on. I’ve sent weekly requests to Snow for months trying to resolve numerous issues & they won’t respond. The only time they responded was the one stated above. Lastly, I’ve placed 3 orders that show as being shipped but never were actually shipped. Their customer service used to be top notch, but it is nonexistent now. I refuse to order from them anymore & it’s such a shame because their products are excellent.
