GBAmazing results and even better customer service! I have been using the Snow whitening system for a couple of years. It works great and there is no sensitivity. I was disappointed the other night when I plugged it into my phone and there was no light. I reached out to the company and they offered to replace my system for free! No rigamarole, no questions asked, no returns, just great customer service! I’ll be a customer for life….with nice white teeth!

GBA very satisfied customer After exactly one year of using my Snow whitening device I was unable to turn it on. I contacted customer service, and although it took a few days to get back to me, they promptly agreed to send me a new device. I am very satisfied!

CAHello Hello, I want to share that I have been so impressed with the snow product. Its so easy to use, very affordable and i have no sensitivity with the product. Touch is easy and my teeth look amazing. I cannot say enough good things, buy it , you will be happy you did. The customer service is exceptional as well!!!

GBReceived Expiring Products I emailed SUPPORT back in Feb and followed up on my request 4-5 times and still hadn’t gotten a response back. I tried chatting with them but no one is ever on the other end. I tried calling to speak to anyone but they just redirect you to email (which has been the most unsuccessful). I left a voicemail message…. To whom?? I have no idea, but that doesn’t matter because I still haven’t received a call back. This is madness. I had ordered two of the wireless whitening kits and have gone through using 1-1/4 of the gel whitening serums and had noticed its ineffectiveness. I had thrown out the plastic of the 1st kit I was using BUT realized my second unopened kit had a “label correction:” sticker saying the serum exp 11/23. I just purchased these in July.. their website says the shelf life of these serums are 2 years… mine expired in 4 months. This goes the same for the whitening toothpaste I received. Their faq page says 18 months but the toothpaste I received is expiring 5/24 after receiving the order in September. I’m just here with expired/near expiring products. I just wanted replacements.. but at this point, I just want refunds for these orders.
