Great customer service Great customer service, my drill just stop working due to battery issue, I contacted customer support and they got back to me promptly. They sent me a replacement in less than a week. I’m very pleased with their products, my favorite brand!

My drill messed up and started to not… My drill messed up and started to not work properly so I contacted customer service and within a couple days they msgd me back stating they mailed me a replacement! I had it within a week!!

I have been using melodysusie drills… I have been using melodysusie drills for over 2 years now and decided it was time for me to buy the new emerald colored drill. Since they had such a great deal on the bundles I went along and got that. Everything came in such a timely manner. Post doesn’t always reach us however, I was anxiously waiting and within 10 days, it was on my doorstep. Couldn’t fault MS, even emailed to check I had received my parcel.
