GBMy drill messed up and started to not… My drill messed up and started to not work properly so I contacted customer service and within a couple days they msgd me back stating they mailed me a replacement! I had it within a week!!

GBDefinitely a 5🌟 experience Definitely a 5🌟 experience. I emailed that my hand drill was malfunctioning. I was asked to send video proof, I did. A new drill was sent out within 24hrs.

GBGreat customer service My order came in several shipments and one was a little late. When I contacted customer service they gave me all of the info I needed including tracking number along with date it would be here. And it was here 3 days later. They also kept in touch with me every day to see if it came it. They seemed to be very caring about me being satisfied with my order.

GBFirst time ordering here First time ordering here! Wanted to surprise my wife with a nail dust collector. I accidentally ordered the white, realizing later I should've ordered the pink (just know my wife would prefer). I emailed customer service maybe ten minutes after the order was placed. Within another twenty minutes, they emailed me back notifying me that the order has been updated to the pink. Fast friendly service is so hard to come by these days, but I found it at MelodySusie... ill definitely be doing more business with them!!!
