A big thank you to Honey and Support Staff A big thank you to Honey, Jenette and others for the amazing support during my on-boarding into the Hostek ecosystem. This is very different than my previous host's system and everything here is so much better - especially the support. I get answers right away in the middle of night. Honey solved a very weird system and the site is operational! Well done!

Trustworthy and dedicated to helping. This company combined with a good antivirus software is a game changer for running your own business online. The staff is extremely helpful and goes over the top to help get your sites back up and running if you ever have any issues. Great price, great support, and fast servers. We have tried several server companies and we trust the team at Hostek to take care of us and our family based business.

I am beyond pissed off I am beyond pissed off. I was building a new website for my business with thefreewebsiteguys, They suggested I use HOSTEK. OK, my site hasnt ran right from the get go. Its been live, 30 days? but the last two weeks its been down completely. I use wordpress. Wordpress has php requirements to run their stuff. I went nuts, with little help from thefreewebsiteguys or HOSTEK, slow communication. My website failed due to a hosting issue but the real problem was because hostek wasnt running the upgraded version of php. Well, Vladimer at HOSTEK, recovered my website, but it looks like crap, lost almost all my edits and photos, cant read the text because its so light and the worst part?? I CANT LOGIN AS ADMIN so I can start fixing it. No way to get in back end, just lotsa codes and errors. I emailed everybody this morning...no reply. its almost 3pm, still nothing, and THE WEBSITE IS DOWN AGAIN.. at this point, my only option is most likely to abandon HOSTEK and my VIP membership with thefreewebsiteguys. There is nothin VIP about this. I have had more than a dozen customers tell us its down, so they are obviously looking!! the next website will be through pressable. Arizona mobile screens, AZ.

Going the extra mile We have been pleased with Hostek for 8 years, and their customer support and service have always been consistently helpful. We recently made significant changes to our account, and Terri went above and beyond to create and execute a plan that best served our team as well as her team. A true win-win!

Simply awful Simply awful! Customer service is almost non-exinsistant. I've had an issue with not being able to send emails from my business account for over a week. Have raised several tickets. Tried their live chat, where I've had limited response, or be offered an effective resolution to my issue. Have tried to contact the "dedicated" helpline, but no one ever answers! AVOID!!!!
