Poor support after many years I have been a customer of hostek with they only had 2 servers. The company and support was away top notch. Lately the customer service has been non satisfactory. SmarterStats has been a part of hostek for years. And stats is extremely important to SEO. I put in a request a week ago and still not working. I get an email today basicly saying it is not a priority when it is a service advertised and paid for. I was told to use google analytics.

Shane did a great job… Shane did a great job getting the site back up a and running quickly once the AI tech support switched me over. I only gave 4 stars because the reason the site went down was because an error caused by Hostek with the binding during their infrastructure updates. As a whole Hostek is coming back around to the great service I used to know before they were bought out a few years back. I almost wrote the them off, but if service continues to be responsive like it was last night, I think I can keep all my sites right were they are.

Chad deserves a big raise I've been working with Chad for a few weeks and he has been absolutely wonderful. He helped me resolve emails issues caused by the new authentication requirements. Our work encompassed 5 different sites and he has been extremely patient, professional, and personable throughout the process. Please give Chad a big raise. He certainly deserves it.

Hostek has improved their support… Hostek has improved their support service significantly over the past several months. They now have a chat feature that allows for easy answers but transfers to a human if necessary. I have a basic subscription and am satisfied with the support I am now receiving. They have been responsive to my needs and I will say support has improved significantly over the past several months.

Simply awful Simply awful! Customer service is almost non-exinsistant. I've had an issue with not being able to send emails from my business account for over a week. Have raised several tickets. Tried their live chat, where I've had limited response, or be offered an effective resolution to my issue. Have tried to contact the "dedicated" helpline, but no one ever answers! AVOID!!!!
