This is very different than my previous host's system and everything here is so much better - especially the support. I get answers right away in the middle of night. Honey solved a very weird system and the site is operational! Well done!

Shane did a wonderful job Shane did a wonderful job. Once he was involved, my issue was resolved almost immediately. However, Justin wasted my time, and left my sit down for almost 24 hours, and completely stopped answering all of my messages. Shane is wonderful, however hostek has caused a few issues with my site recently causing it to crash.

Going the extra mile We have been pleased with Hostek for 8 years, and their customer support and service have always been consistently helpful. We recently made significant changes to our account, and Terri went above and beyond to create and execute a plan that best served our team as well as her team. A true win-win!
