Poor support after many years I have been a customer of hostek with they only had 2 servers. The company and support was away top notch. Lately the customer service has been non satisfactory. SmarterStats has been a part of hostek for years. And stats is extremely important to SEO. I put in a request a week ago and still not working. I get an email today basicly saying it is not a priority when it is a service advertised and paid for. I was told to use google analytics.

The staff is extremely helpful and goes over the top to help get your sites back up and running if you ever have any issues. Great price, great support, and fast servers. Shane did a great job… Shane did a great job getting the site back up a and running quickly once the AI tech support switched me over. I only gave 4 stars because the reason the site went down was because an error caused by Hostek with the binding during their infrastructure updates. As a whole Hostek is coming back around to the great service I used to know before they were bought out a few years back. I almost wrote the them off, but if service continues to be responsive like it was last night, I think I can keep all my sites right were they are.
