Chad deserves a big raise I've been working with Chad for a few weeks and he has been absolutely wonderful. He helped me resolve emails issues caused by the new authentication requirements. Vladimir provided me excellent customer service today Although Hostek.com has slowly degraded in service and customer service over the years, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Vladimir today. Not only did he resolve all my issues quickly, but was friendly and helpful. Maybe, just maybe, Hostek is starting to turn around again, and up their game. (fingers crossed)

Poor support after many years I have been a customer of hostek with they only had 2 servers. The company and support was away top notch. Lately the customer service has been non satisfactory. SmarterStats has been a part of hostek for years. And stats is extremely important to SEO. I put in a request a week ago and still not working. I get an email today basicly saying it is not a priority when it is a service advertised and paid for. I was told to use google analytics.
