GBDefective Liner and Poor Customer Service I purchased the magnetic eyelashes in December. This was my 2nd purchase. I noticed that the lash liner was thicker than the previous tube and a little clumpy. I also noticed that the lashes weren’t completely sealed. That was due to the clumpy liner. I contacted Moxie Lash 6-8 weeks after purchase and explained the problem. I requested a replacement liner. I was told: To shake the bottle It was after 30 days of purchase so a replacement could not be offered. This is a prime example of poor customer service and a company not willing to accept responsibility for its defective product. This was my last purchase!

If you are not fully happy with the lashes you picked out Moxie Lash customer service will help you exchange them for a different pair that is better suit for you! Love my Moxie Lashes!!

GBGreat Service! Reordered some lashes from Moxielash recently. When I didn’t receive an item, I emailed their support section. I heard back within seconds with an explanation that the missing item is on back order and I was provided a new tracking link. Oftentimes, we wait for days before we hear back from the service desk and even more during the holidays. I’m extremely satisfied with their response and their lashes!

GBTheir new PERFX Serum Foundation is a… Their new PERFX Serum Foundation is a dream come true! The shade match is the most perfect match I’ve ever found. The texture, coverage, and feel of this foundation is heavenly! Very lightweight on the skin but is buildable if you need to spot cover or just like more coverage. I am 100% loving this product and will repurchase without hesitation!

GBGreat customer service Great customer service! The nano liner I received with my lashes wasn't great and clumpy making it hard for application. Upon leaving a review to reflect this Luzille from moxie immediately reached out and we got an email chain started. She was quick in sending a replacement liner so I could give nano liner a second chance. I am impressed with this level of customer service.
