Excellent products and even better… Excellent products and even better customer service - I had some issues with an item and Luzille kindly and promptly handled the matter with ease. Love a company that stand by its products and provide great customer service to boot.

Worst company ever!! Worst company ever!!! I almost consider them a scam. I placed an order online and despite several attempts to reach out to them they sent the same BS emails... it didn't ship til almost a month later. But that wasn't the end of it..was held up lost for weeks. Funny I originally received DHL tracking #. I called them this time & now apparently switched to Canada Post. I finally received it with an additional $50 in customs fees. I asked for a refund a few times throughout this ordeal and always denied. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Seriously Moxielash thats the response you give me back?! the extra duties were a small part of it. How about you comment on all the other things you screwed up on & the rotten customer service i received!! And telling me to waste my time contacting customs and your customer service dept further?? maybe you should take a screen shot and present to the owner of the business.

I LOVE this company I LOVE this company! Customer service is excellent. I can't believe how fast they respond and Luzille, who responded to my query, was super helpful and friendly and solution oriented. I had mistakenly ordered a kit with the 5 magnet versions and I wanted the 10 magnet versions instead and she totally handled the issue and it was also really nice to get the same rep responding each time. I sent over 4 or 5 emails clarifying and asking questions and she followed through and answered all of my questions quickly and I felt supported and taken care of! PLUS I love their products and felt valued as a customer.

The texture, coverage, and feel of this foundation is heavenly! Very lightweight on the skin but is buildable if you need to spot cover or just like more coverage. I am 100% loving this product and will repurchase without hesitation!
