GBActual customer SERVICE — no bots! I have worn MoxieLashes for over a year — first magnetic lashes, and more recently I started wearing nano-grip lashes. I typically wear a natural look, but I decided to experiment with glam lashes. While the new product is absolutely beautiful, it isn’t a great fit for me. I called customer service today … I KNOW … but wait!!! No telephone tree, no excessive menu with millions of selections, instead … within two to three minutes, a customer service rep answered … a live human!! Venus professionally answered all my questions and quickly resolved my issue. She followed up with an email detailing our conversation and notified me of next steps if I had any additional concerns. Who knew that simply speaking to a polite and attentive human could turn sheer dread into a committed customer??!?

GBDefective Liner and Poor Customer Service I purchased the magnetic eyelashes in December. This was my 2nd purchase. I noticed that the lash liner was thicker than the previous tube and a little clumpy. I also noticed that the lashes weren’t completely sealed. That was due to the clumpy liner. I contacted Moxie Lash 6-8 weeks after purchase and explained the problem. I requested a replacement liner. I was told: To shake the bottle It was after 30 days of purchase so a replacement could not be offered. This is a prime example of poor customer service and a company not willing to accept responsibility for its defective product. This was my last purchase!
