GBI solicited feedback from all areas of… I solicited feedback from all areas of my organization that are consistently using the Boostlingo service. We have had one instance of a bad interpreter that was shared with your company and taken care of. Thank you for that. Some areas have had turnover of the personnel who use the service as part of their duties and this necessitated training, but our rep, Ashley, has always been helpful and we think this service meets our patient needs well.

GBThis company repeatedly billed my… This company repeatedly billed my credit card after I requested cancellation of services. After I contacted a rep (Abbey Adams), who confirmed my cancellation request (12/21/23) I was still billed a month later for my full monthly amount, and a pro-rated amount in addition to the recurring monthly amount. Clearly there is an issue with their accounting software.
