Boostlingo is the greatest thing since… Boostlingo is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I've been using it for six months now. I am always connect with a translator within 30 seconds and my clients absolutely love it because they don't have to wait for a friend or relative to become available or hire their own translator. They can come into my office at any time and I have a translator available for them. It is also a great profit center. Just like any other expense we pass it through to the client so that it not only pays for itself but leaves enough left over so that we can use it for those clients who cannot afford to pay. I solicited feedback from all areas of… I solicited feedback from all areas of my organization that are consistently using the Boostlingo service. We have had one instance of a bad interpreter that was shared with your company and taken care of. Thank you for that. Some areas have had turnover of the personnel who use the service as part of their duties and this necessitated training, but our rep, Ashley, has always been helpful and we think this service meets our patient needs well.
