GBTranlation experience Good availability when we call. Translators are always very polite. Quality of translation does vary depending on specific translator. We have had to sometimes have Translators on the phone continuously for over 1 hour and they are always very patient with the time commitment.

GBI solicited feedback from all areas of… I solicited feedback from all areas of my organization that are consistently using the Boostlingo service. We have had one instance of a bad interpreter that was shared with your company and taken care of. Thank you for that. Some areas have had turnover of the personnel who use the service as part of their duties and this necessitated training, but our rep, Ashley, has always been helpful and we think this service meets our patient needs well.
