GBTo the point, FS has some of the best CSR's. I'm going to keep this simple. I have had dealings with FS for a number of years. Despite the 12 hr time zone difference, and sometimes an issue with Chinese to English wording, I have had some of the best customer service experiences with them since the pandemic made a mess of everything. The cables and fiber modules I have purchased from them work flawlessly.

The switches were in-stock in the USA -- a big plus. Post-purchase I was assigned an account manager. My manager has been there for me when I've had technical questions. The switches themselves meet or exceed my expectations. Based on my experience, FS is at the top of my list as a supplier of network equipment.
