To the point, FS has some of the best CSR's. I'm going to keep this simple. I have had dealings with FS for a number of years. Despite the 12 hr time zone difference, and sometimes an issue with Chinese to English wording, I have had some of the best customer service experiences with them since the pandemic made a mess of everything. The cables and fiber modules I have purchased from them work flawlessly.

Excellent customer service.. FS make sourcing and purchasing equipment simple. We have had a project on the go for a while using HP/Aruba equipment, but delays in getting the equipment is causing us issues. FS were able to recommend suitable compatible equipment at a much better price point and delivery in days or weeks instead of months. Highly recommended.

Great buying experience, product, and support I bought a pair of S5860-24XB-U switches. I talked to a sales rep who answered questions that I couldn't find answers for on the FS website. The switches were in-stock in the USA -- a big plus. Post-purchase I was assigned an account manager. My manager has been there for me when I've had technical questions. The switches themselves meet or exceed my expectations. Based on my experience, FS is at the top of my list as a supplier of network equipment.
