AUBest customer service Online. I have given 5 stars because, although there were faults with my tray, customer service was exceptional in helping me resolve the issues to my satisfaction. It was a shame that there were these faults, as it was a lovely product, I do believe that I was just unlucky, and I wouldn’t hesitate to give Zazzle another go with their other products. I feel like when the customer service is so good and the customer comes first 100% of the time, you really have nothing to loose by trying Zazzle.

AUI had accidentally ordered through the wrong website I had accidentally ordered through the US site and was enquiring how long post would be. The lady I was chatting to, quickly sent me a link to cancel my order and sent a link to re order through the Aust Zazzle site. Hoping it arrives before Christmas but she saved me a lot of stress. AUMISSING ORDERS Ordered 7 weeks before Christmas a personalised pillowcase, chased it up 2 weeks ago.....Sorry it's lost we'll produce another one. Great but now it's status is waiting to be picked up and that's four days ago!!! Am disappointed this will be missing for Christmas day... :(

AUI would like to give a zero review Ordered and paid 01.11.2023, the email from Zazzle said order received 02.11.2023. On 07.11.2023 Zazzle notified me that the order had been made. The tracker says parcel received and processed 15.11.2023. The tracker now says that the parcel arrived in the destination country 18.12.2023 - more than a month later. Today is 20.12.2023. I have still not received the order. Never again.
