I had accidentally ordered through the wrong website I had accidentally ordered through the US site and was enquiring how long post would be. The lady I was chatting to, quickly sent me a link to cancel my order and sent a link to re order through the Aust Zazzle site. Hoping it arrives before Christmas but she saved me a lot of stress. Excellent customer service Unfortunately my original order seems to be lost somewhere. As I had chosen “not trackable” delivery methods, I almost gave-up receiving it. However, Zazzle kindly offered me a replacement item and sent it by express. I am very impressed.
