AUChristmas Labels I ordered Christmas Labels from Zazzle but I was underwhelmed by my order when it arrived. However, when I contacted Zazzle they were gracious enough to offer a credit on the new order. Email was responded to promptly and they were very kind.

AUI had accidentally ordered through the wrong website I had accidentally ordered through the US site and was enquiring how long post would be. The lady I was chatting to, quickly sent me a link to cancel my order and sent a link to re order through the Aust Zazzle site. Hoping it arrives before Christmas but she saved me a lot of stress. AUCarfeful, seek alternative company Ordered card 4 weeks ago, still has not arrived. Have contacted customer service multiple times for an update and lately asking for a refund, and they refusing to provide a refund. Now they are not replying to my emails at all. Be wary of using this company, try and seek an alternative.

AUTwo T-shirts, too happy with the deal. I ordered two 'Jane Austen' themed T-shirts from Zazzle. They are great quality and arrived in no time at all. I had misjudged my size, but as soon as I contacted Zazzle they replied and were extremely helpful and generous in their response. I will most certainly be recommending them to my family and friends.
