I was able to get account adjustments for billing and services within seconds of asking, and the prices are ridiculously low for the amount of slots you get. This will be my go-to from now on for the games they support.

This Service is Garbage This Service is garbage the servers have low frame rate they crash a lot and they over sell space on their servers, when asked to fix problems they simply tell you its your plugins and that you need a smaller map. But the real problem is their very very bad service. Don't buy their service go some where else if you want better customer support and better system to run your server.

In addition the client portal is clean and well managed; this makes using the platform very easy. Finally their customer support is next to none. Instant chat sessions lead to immediate development of your case instead of the back and forth that most support teams give you.
