Their customer support answers your questions within 5 mins on average and they aren't premade messages.. that's right you talk to real people. Great performance and even better customer service! Caught a 50% off Summer sale and got a whole year of hosting for a premium performance for an extremely reasonable price. Server setup was quick and easy thanks to their great UI, and their support staff is outstanding! They respond extremely quickly to chats and support tickets and their service agents are extremely knowledgeable. If I had to find a negative it's that they dont have built in tools to automate map and BP wipes for Rust servers.

Rust Hosting Writing this review after having service with these guys for a while now. Gameserverkings has been great to me so far, and I've been able to build a Rust server to my full desires, mods, plugins, etc. It's been great building my own community and Discord so far and I couldn't recommend these guys enough! If you guys ever have any hiccups or issues, or even just a simple question... Don't hesitate to shoot the live chat a quick message. I've had some duh moments so far, and some in-depth stuff answered super quickly. They certainly understand Rust deeply or have played! Wonderful experience overall!

This Service is Garbage This Service is garbage the servers have low frame rate they crash a lot and they over sell space on their servers, when asked to fix problems they simply tell you its your plugins and that you need a smaller map. But the real problem is their very very bad service. Don't buy their service go some where else if you want better customer support and better system to run your server.
