Honestly there are zero complaints I can think of and I have used them for my server for a year now. The user interface is simple to navigate, and it comes with a extensive knowledge base for you to look at all the info you'll need to get your server going. I should also add the customer service is among the best out there. I never had a issue having any of my questions answered , even the dumb questions were treated with respect and answered just like anyone else's questions.
