GBBetter Impact has been a game changer Better Impact has been a game changer! We've used Better Impact for our volunteer program for over a decade now. It is easy to use, has great support, and is easily customizable to our needs. If there is something we want to do, there is usually a work around that makes it possible if not a direct feature. Support is very responsive and provides help immediately.

GBI used the chat feature on Better Imapct to edit a volunterr profile I used the chat feature on Better Impact today and once again the service was stellar. The support experts are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Shannon form BI was able to spot something I was missing in a volunteer setup window right away and provided clear and concise instructions to correct the issue. You can't go wrong with Better Impact, they're notch in every category. One small complaint though, only five stars? I would give the support staff ten stars if I could! Thanks again.

AUBetter Impact is still one of the most… Better Impact is still one of the most competitive applications for volunteer engagement and management. With its capacity to have user self-direct their customisation without the need of paying additional or having to raise IT tickets, teams can quickly add-in features as they grow, or the need arises. I've successfully used this product now for 4 years and whilst there are some improvements, I'd love to see there are options to voice these through their feedback feature, to which they respond once it has been created. I've reviewed various other programs and this one still provides more benefits at a competitive rate.

GBWe really enjoy Better Impact We really enjoy Better Impact. It does most of what we need from a program like this, and we are still finding more and more ways that BI can help improve our volunteer management. There are some bugs that require a lot of time to figure out, but there are some great resources put out by BI for when you run into issues.

GBGreat Software Before Better Impact we used to do all the scheduling by hand, best decision we made was to purchase Better Impact to help us. Our volunteers have given us great feedback as is easy to use, it has also made it easier on them to sign up and/or cancel shifts. I personally like the features we can add for example the badges (years, hours, completing training). Another great thing is volunteers being able to do all training online. Also, being able to send emails, specially at this time when restrictions and policies are constantly changing due to COVID.
