When I started working at this job, I had no idea what Better Impact was about, then I started taking all the eLearning trainings, when I was requested a report, I emailed the crew from Better Impact and they are on point to help you, give you ideas on how to or go aground. They surely do facilitate our progress in knowing where to go or what to do to resolve the issue. Thank you.

AUBetter Impact is still one of the most… Better Impact is still one of the most competitive applications for volunteer engagement and management. With its capacity to have user self-direct their customisation without the need of paying additional or having to raise IT tickets, teams can quickly add-in features as they grow, or the need arises. I've successfully used this product now for 4 years and whilst there are some improvements, I'd love to see there are options to voice these through their feedback feature, to which they respond once it has been created. I've reviewed various other programs and this one still provides more benefits at a competitive rate.

GBThis software program has helped so… This software program has helped so much over the past year! We've had Better Impact for a year now and its truly such a magnificent system! Everyone here at the center is super happy with the volunteer and client portals. The QR Timeclock system feels innovated and up to date with times! The background check partnership is amazing and had previously been using for years. I'm so appreciative with the online chat systems and have always had my questions answered.

GBI am not an IT person... I am not an IT person, so this review is actually not really about the portal itself but about the Better Impact staff. Really, I could not compliment them enough. They are always so responsive and provide amazing assistance. When the system doesn't have a capability that I'd like, they give me advice on how to work around it within their framework. They are patient, kind, always available and exceedingly helpful. Our account rep, Josie, used to be a volunteer coordinator and her consultations are always spot-on. Thanks to the team! Give them raises!
