GBInitial order placed took several days… Initial order placed took several days to ship and was explained that I needed to be verified a customer with a valid credit card and I need to be called and spoken to. I am a wholesale distributor, and when we take credit cards and verify zip code, cc#, and CID, we are not at risk of loss from our processor. I suggest you look into that and not put the burden on a new customer that may need something right away, like hard drives, as I did. After the initial order, my next orders were process and shipped very quickly.

CAI ordered online a replacement raid… I ordered online a replacement raid controller battery from a gen 9 HP server. The battery shipped was exactly as advertised. It arrived within 3 business days of placing the order (i live in Markham Ontario Canada). Very fast shipping. Overall, I am very satisfied with the online ordering experience.
