Dealership replaced the Ac Unit and my warranty plan entirely covered the cost. Saved me out-of-pocket expenses. Highly recommend their auto warranty plans.

GBThey are the best third-party auto… They are the best third-party auto warranty company in the market for comprehensive coverage, especially for exotic vehicles. I got coverage for my Porsche 911 this week. Very happy with the sign-up process. Robert Taylor is a great salesman.

GBThis guy called Collin Green stole… This guy called Collin Green stole $2500.00 from me on October 18th, 2023 for an extended until 2024. I wonder if his real name is Colin Green. I had problems with my car and I tried to reach this fake company and I found out, it doesn't exist. This is a scam and I wish I could find Colin😪. I wanna cut off his balls myself. He deserves an electric chair.

GBShady operators in my opinion. Shady operators. I bought a warrantee from these people and quickly, same day in fact, cancelled it. The cost was $8700. They refunded $5000 quickly and then proceeded to make excuses that the rest of the refund was already done to my card or that it got rejected and this went on for a couple of weeks. I finally told them I would dispute it with AMEX and the rep said "Fine and we'll fight the dispute". Really?!?!!?! I had all the evidence in writing, all the BS excuses they gave for the not forthcoming refund. Needless to say AMEX Ruled in my favor and I got the remaining $3700 back. Really shady way to operate. Probably hoping I'd forget all about it and 30 days later I'd be stuck with no recourse. Lord knows what their claims process must be.

GBSCAM, LIARS, THIEVERY! OH MY!!! I purchased their platinum plan in June 2021. My Lexus check engine light came on and I took it to Lexus dealership. Coolant was going into the engine. NEVER did it overheat or anything. I took it in asap. I was told I bought bumper to bumper coverage for anything mechanical or electrical. My car has been at the dealership for two weeks. Whoever answers the phones are completely unprofessional and narcissistic. I keep getting different reasons why they are denying the claim. First they tried to say I have a faulty odometer..... no I drive a lot. Then I'm told that they don't cover lubricated moving parts..... what engine in a vehicle isn't full of lubricated moving parts??? Then I'm told I'll get a call Monday and will be walked through the process to get this fixed..... crickets..... now I'm being told it's not covered cause it's a head gasket issue. Lexus said it needs a new engine. This business is 100% a scam. They may help for some minor part but if you really get into to trouble they run and come up with excuse after excuse. They told Lexus they were sending an adjuster in a few days..... didn't send anyone and didn't inform anyone of anything. Stay far away from this thieving company.
