The most terrible customer service I… The most terrible customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! After buying over $30,000 worth of equipment, I can absolutely zero customer service. The $8000 air compressor machine I purchased stopped working after only a couple of months (still under manufacturer warranty). For three months now I have been calling them five times a day to either repair or replace the machine and cannot get anyone to help me. Save your time and money and buy elsewhere!!

Absolute crooks! Do Not Do Business with them!! Thieves! I purchased products from Bendpak and Eric was my salesman. I haven’t received anything from my $25k order till this day! Customer service has been ignoring all my attempts to get in touch with them or a manager. This is a dishonest business and i advise everyone to take their business elsewhere. They caused my business over a 100k loss due to faulty products and their inability to take care of the situation!

Terrible customer service Ordered a quick jack 5000 with various lift blocks I’m May 2020. Bendpak charged me for entire package but failed to send all the parts. 6 months later, still waiting on parts. After calling multiple times and requesting a credit, they charge my cc again. David Rodriquez is in their sales group, never returns calls, lies about shipping parts and double charges the customer. I have filed a fraud case with the cc company. I own my own business with 120 employees and would never allow this to happen. Extremely disappointed.

LIARS !!! We simply ordered some hose and fittings in December , paid for at the time of sale from Melissa Bravo... We are still waiting, only to be told there accounting department didn't release the order. Customer service is absolutely the worst. NEVER AGAIN !!!
