CAProducts don't last… Products don't last had my lift motor quit a year into using it and all though they were helpful trying to trouble shoot the cause it still did not work and I had to shell out more money for a new motor to continue working instead of having scrap metal hanging around the shop. i do not recommend buying products from them

GBBendPak XPR-10AXLS Just ordered BendPak XPR-10AXLS, due in about 1 week, but wanted to say so far, working with Kat Ladosky, it has been going great. She always answered my questions immediately, and if she didn't have an answer researched it and got back to me promptly with an answer. The purchase went very smoothly, and the shipping is pretty quick. I'll write a review after it arrives about the product and install/ operation.

GBFilter crusher was dead on arrival Filter crusher was dead on arrival. No one has ever called back or responded to e-mails. We have called in dozens of times with no results. We have spent hours on the phone trying to troubleshoot the problem remotely for them but never get anywhere. The rep eventually gives up and promises too call back the next day but never does. They asked for photos and videos that we sent multiple times but they always say they never got them. Don't ever buy shop equipment from someone without support in your area. Worst experience I've had in 40+ years.

GBTerrible customer service Ordered a quick jack 5000 with various lift blocks I’m May 2020. Bendpak charged me for entire package but failed to send all the parts. 6 months later, still waiting on parts. After calling multiple times and requesting a credit, they charge my cc again. David Rodriquez is in their sales group, never returns calls, lies about shipping parts and double charges the customer. I have filed a fraud case with the cc company. I own my own business with 120 employees and would never allow this to happen. Extremely disappointed.
