GBAbsolute crooks! Do Not Do Business with them!! Thieves! I purchased products from Bendpak and Eric was my salesman. I haven’t received anything from my $25k order till this day! Customer service has been ignoring all my attempts to get in touch with them or a manager. This is a dishonest business and i advise everyone to take their business elsewhere. They caused my business over a 100k loss due to faulty products and their inability to take care of the situation!

GBWorst customer service ive ever had Worst customer service ive ever had. Sent me wrong parts twice. Cant get any information correct or provide accurite details for their own products. If you buy something from them you will have no chance of getting parts later. Choose a different company for your lifting needs.

GBSales Department is the WORST My review is specifically around their sales team. After the unfortunate experience of speaking with Alex in sales, it was really horrible. He was very pushy, he flat out lied about sales and offers available (guessing to up his commission), and he was rude. Shop elsewhere. Their sales team is really horrible and they have no interest in fixing the issue.

GBLast BendPak purchase My new 2 post lift came with one arm that is out of level. A certified installer confirmed it's an issue with the post carriage. BendPak's installation manual, and website indicate that all arms MUST be level. Response from BendPak customer service has been glacial at best. They claim the issue is within tolerance, although I'm not sure what the tolerances are since they are presently ignoring my question. Luckily, there are many other options beyond BendPak...do your homework. Wish I had.

GBPaid for overnight shipping...didn't… Paid for overnight shipping...didn't ship for 8 days. And these were add on parts, not a full lift. Trying to communicate thru their email support is comical at best. They will close out the ticket without providing any information. Calling tech support is like playing "hot potato" with reps passing the buck. Note to whoever runs this place...fire everyone and start over with customer support. Epic fail in that department.
